• Captain’s Fix: We stripped the entire area down to the structure, fully re-engineered the waterproofing underneath to completely fix the roof leaks, and built back this premium composite deck. Complete with sleek modern railings and custom under-rail accent lighting, it turned a major headache into the ultimate city viewing spot.

• Project: Full-Scale Triple-Decker Exterior Renovation

• The Challenge: This historic Dorchester property had seen better days. The old green paint was peeling, the wood siding was rotting out in sections, and the entire front entryway looked tired, worn, and completely lost its curb appeal.

• Captain’s Fix: We completely revived this classic home from top to bottom. Our crew stripped back the damaged layers, replaced the rotted siding with clean, modern shingles, and prepped it for a flawless, sharp gray and white paint job. We rebuilt the front steps and porch with custom railings, giving this neighborhood staple the massive face-lift it deserved.
