The Challenge: The old roof and deck setup was a ticking time bomb—leaking down into the living spaces below, with worn-out boards and shaky railings that made it impossible to actually enjoy one of the best views in Southie.
Captain’s Fix: We stripped the entire area down to the structure, fully re-engineered the waterproofing underneath to completely fix the roof leaks, and built back this premium composite deck. Complete with sleek modern railings and custom under-rail accent lighting, it turned a major headache into the ultimate city viewing spot.

• The Challenge: This place had a classic, dated Southie kitchen—cramped layout, worn-out cabinets, old appliances, and absolutely zero functional flow or style.

• Captain’s Fix: We took it completely down to the studs to start fresh. Our crew installed beautiful, custom floor-to-ceiling cabinets, premium built-in appliances, a killer new backsplash, and luxury countertops. It completely flipped the vibe of the entire living area.
